If
ever in doubt about what to order, this is one place to take the
advice of the staff. They are young, enthusiastic and attentive.
With
no reservations, attitude, or prices over $11, ZuZu has become the
town's favorite place to fill up.

“ZuZu
takes in influences from all over from all over the Americas: tortillas,
bacalao, quail wrapped in grape leaves and a daily paragon of the
sandwich art, the bocadillo de dia”.

Bohemian
readers poll, Best of the North Bay 2003, a record seven awards:
The
year old eatery has drawn raves for it’s tasty menu and lively
ambience- justified praise, we found out.

With
exceptionally flavorful food, reasonable prices and a warm, casual
environment, ZuZu is a welcome addition to the wine country dining
scene. The fact that it's downtown Napa is an added plus. And any
restaurant that plays music Cesaria Evora and Elvis Crespo gets
a thumbs up in my book.
Be
spontaneous, go anytime, go early, go late. Remember though that
there are no reservations, so if you get there in the thick of the
dinner hour you may have to wait. It will probably be one of the
most fun waits you will ever experience.

Whatever
you call it, the new Napa restaurant is cool. First
of all, it's a tapas restaurant, serving the small portions of interseting
little dishes favored by the Spanish throughout the day (and night.)
Secondly,
the decor is cool. Third,
there were enough beautiful people in the place the other night
to suggest that it's the latest "in" place in town.

ZuZu
is everywhere informal and lively. You can take your tapas at the
bar, in the downstairs dining room, or upstairs in the loft. A black-clad
wait staff shimmies between tables keeping tapa orders filled. Although
the place is very busy, the service is attentive and helpful.
